Compote of apples and cranberries
- Apples - 3-4 pieces
- Cranberry fresh - 3/4 Cups
- Sugar - 1/2 cup
- Water - 2 liters
Prepare the ingredients - wash the cranberries and apples. In the boiling water we add sugar, we reduce the fire to a moderate one. Add the cranberries to the pan. Each apple is cut into 6-8 parts, cleaned from the core and added to the pan. Cook the compote on moderate fire and slow boiling for about 15 minutes. Remove from heat, cool to room temperature and serve.
