  • Step 2 Mix the eggs with one glass of milk. Stir well. Add salt and sugar.
  • Step 3 Sift all the flour. Stir gently. The dough should be made without lumps.
  • Step 4 Pour in the remaining milk. Stir well.
  • Step 5 Add the oil. At this point, I give the test a little rest, about 7-10 minutes. In the meantime, you can prepare the filling.</ P>
  • Step 6 For the filling you will need: salmon lightly salted, ricotta cheese, greens.
  • Step 7 Cut the salmon into thin strips (for this you need to hold it in the freezer for about 20 minutes, then you can easily cut it thinly).
  • Step 8 Finely chop the greens and mix with the cheese.
  • Step 9 Let's start making pancakes. Frying pan well warm up and grease with vegetable oil (it is better to do it with a culinary brush). Pour the dough over the heated frying pan with a scoop.</ P>
