- Water - 3 Cups
- Potato starch - 1 st. a spoon
Step by step recipe for cooking orangeJelly: Step 1: Good for my oranges. Squeeze the juice with a juicer. Pulp from oranges in no case is thrown away! Step 2: In a freshly squeezed juice, add a spoonful of potato starch. Stir thoroughly (spoon or whisk), so that no lumps remain. Step 3: Pour 3 glasses of water into the pan, add the remaining flesh of the oranges. Then add sugar. We put on a weak fire, stirring, cook for about 5 minutes. Filter. It turns out very tasty syrup! Step 4: With a continuous stirring with a spoon in a saucepan with syrup, pour a starch mixture into a thin trickle and cook on low heat for about 2 minutes. Step 5: Kissel pour into glasses and cool. When serving jelly, you can decorate with orange slices. This is already optional.
