Recipe Cake on yoghurt

  • Butter - 220 Grams
  • Sugar - 2 Cups
  • Egg - 3 pieces
  • Lemon juice - 3 items. Spoons
  • Lemon Citrus - 2 Art. Spoons
  • Flour - 2.5 Cups
  • Soda - 1/2 Teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/2 Teaspoon
  • Greek (conventional) yogurt - 225 Milliliters
  • Milk - 1/3 Glass
  • Vanillin - 1 teaspoon
  • Fresh strawberries - 340 Grams

Take a deep bowl, mix it flour, salt,Soda and grated lemon zest. With the help of a mixer, beat the butter with sugar until light (about 3 minutes), then, whilst continuing to beat, we introduce into the egg mixture (one at a time). Add the lemon juice, yogurt, vanillin and milk to the mixture. Stir, then add the flour mix and lightly beat. In another bowl, mix not very finely chopped strawberries with a small (literally a quarter cup) of flour. Add the berries in the dough for the cake, mix. The form for baking is lightly lubricated with butter (so as not to burn), pour our dough into it. We spread it, set it in a preheated oven to 160 degrees and bake for 1 hour. Ready cake lightly cool and serve. Pleasant!
