In a word, I'll tell you how I prepare this dish, and you can already adjust the recipe for your taste preferences. How to cook a layer of potatoes with minced meat: 1. First, let's boil the fresh potatoes, add some water. Boiling, drain the water and leave a little water at the bottom. Add the butter and mash. We add in the puree a raw egg and a handful of capers, mix well. 2. Champignons cut into small cubes and fry in oil. Add to the fried mushrooms finely chopped fresh cucumber and a little cottage cheese. Stir and cook another 1 minute. 3. On vegetable oil fry minced to a ruddy brown. 4. Prepare the sauce.
