Recipe for Pizza with Zucchini and Corn

  • Dough for pizza - To taste
  • Zucchini - 1 piece
  • Corn kernels - 1 cup (boiled or raw)
  • Olive oil - 1 st. a spoon
  • Bulb - 1/2 Pieces (average)
  • Jalapeno - 1 piece
  • Feta cheese - 1/2 cup
  • Parmesan cheese - 1/2 cup
  • Bunch of cilantro - 1/2 Pieces
  • Red pepper flakes - To taste
  • Salt and pepper - To taste
  • Lime, juice - 1 piece

1. Finely chop zucchini, jalapenos and onions. Grind coriander. Preheat the oven to 260 degrees. Place the zucchini and corn kernels in a bowl. 2. Mix with olive oil and set aside. Lubricate olive oil abundantly with a baking tray measuring 32X45 cm. Place the dough on a baking sheet and stretch it to the brim. If it shrinks back, wait five minutes, then continue. The dough should be very thin. 3. Lay the zucchini slices, corn kernels, onions, jalapenos, grated Parmesan cheese, Feta cheese and cilantro leaves on the dough. Sprinkle with salt, black pepper and red pepper flakes. 4. Bake pizza in a preheated oven for 20-25 minutes. Evenly squeeze the juice of lime over the finished pizza, sprinkle with cilantro and Feta cheese on top. 5. Cut the pizza into pieces and serve immediately.
