  • Canned peas - 350 Grams
  • Mayonnaise - 500 Grams
  • Pickled cucumbers - 6-8 pieces

  • Salt, pepper - - To taste

Set of ingredients for salad Olivier -classical. We will not add anything extra. Onions are cleaned and finely chopped. Very important trick - raw onion pour boiling water for 5 minutes, after which the liquid is drained, and the softened onion is used in a salad. Thanks to soaking, the onion becomes softer, stops crackling and loses its bitterness. Boiled meat cut into small cubes (if desired, you can replace boiled sausage). We put the dipped onion in a colander to the glass all the liquid that is unnecessary to us. Eggs are cut into small cubes. We cut potatoes with similar cubes. Same small cubes and cut salted cucumbers. Finely chop the greens. Put all the cut and chopped ingredients in a large salad bowl. We also put canned peas (without liquid). Solim, pepper to taste, neatly mix. We fill with mayonnaise. Salad Olivier is ready! :)
