In a small saucepan, mix: Sugar, water and blackberries. The blackberry must be washed, cleaned of litter, peduncles and remove bad berries. Pour the contents of the pot on a fire and bring to a boil, cook for 5 minutes, gently stirring with a wooden spatula. It is very important that the berry let the juice, for this it is necessary to crush a few berries with a mortar, to catch large parts of the squashed fruit with a spoon. But!
