Ingredients:

  • Dry white wine - 1/2 cup
  • Cream - 1 cup
  • Green onions - 1/4 cup
  • Lemon juice - 1 Art. a spoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoonfuls
  • Pepper - 1/2 Teaspoon (black ground)
  • Lemon peel - 1 teaspoon
  • Parmesan cheese - 1/2 cup
Instructions

1. Finely chop the shallots. In a medium saucepan bring the salted water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook until ready in accordance with the instructions on the package. 2. While the pasta is prepared, fry the chopped shallots in olive oil over medium heat for 3-4 minutes. Once the shallot becomes soft, pour 2 tablespoons of flour and fry for one minute. 3. Pour in the white wine until the flour dissolves, and bring to a boil. Then reduce the heat to medium and add the cream, sliced ​​green onions, lemon juice, salt and pepper. 4. Add the sauce to the cooked pasta, having previously drained off the water. Mix. 5. Add 1 teaspoon of lemon zest, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and mix. Divide the pasta into 4 plates. If desired, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and serve immediately.
