Recipe Biscuits with blueberries and yogurt

  • Blueberries - 500 Grams

  • Baking powder - 1 teaspoon

  • Butter - 2 items. Spoons
  • Buttermilk - 2 items. Spoons
  • Almond leaves - 12 pieces
  • Vanilla yogurt - 1 glass

Preheat the oven to 190 degrees. Mix blueberries with sugar and set aside. In a bowl, sift flour, baking powder, a pinch of sugar and a pinch of salt. Add the butter and mix in a blender. Add buttermilk and mix. On a lightly floured surface, roll the dough into a 10X10 cm square with a thickness of about 1 cm. Cut 4 cookies with a cutter. Lay the cookies on a baking sheet, sprinkle with sugar, decorate each with 3 almond leaves. Bake for 15 minutes, until golden brown. Cut the cookies in half. Mix yogurt with blueberries. Put the mixture on one half of the pastry and cover the remaining half.
