  • Honey - 0,5 Cups

  • Flour - 460 Grams (450-for dough, 3 tablespoons for cream)
  • Milk - 1 liter
  • Chocolate grated - 100 Grams
  • Butter - 200 Grams

Dissolve honey, stirring, in a water bath. We pour sugar into it and heat everything until the sugar dissolves. Slightly cool honey, add eggs and flour mixed with soda. Quickly knead the dough. We form the dough with a bundle, divide it into 9 parts and put it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. Then we roll out all the pieces into round cakes half a centimeter thick. Preheat the oven to 230 degrees and bake cakes 10-15 minutes. When the cakes are ready, we cut off the edges, and the cuttings are crushed. Now we make the cream. Eggs are rubbed with sugar, white, add flour and mix thoroughly. Milk brought to a boil and a thin trickle pour into the egg-flour mix. The cream is cooked in a water bath until thick, adding oil and cooling. Grease the custard with a custard, stacked on top of each other.
