Recipe for Bruschetta with greens and goat cheese
- Goat cheese - 250 Grams
- Fresh green - 1 cup (parsley, dill, coriander, thyme, oregano, rosemary)
- Lemon Citrus - 1 Teaspoon

- Baguette - 1 piece
Finely chop fresh greens, rub the lemon zest. Mix goat cheese, herbs, lemon zest, salt and pepper. Baguette is cut into thin slices. Baguette slices can be dried in an oven or on a dry frying pan, but I like bruschetta with goat cheese on a soft, not dried baguette, so I do nothing with it - just cut it all.
