Recipe for Steakhouse Steaks

  • Tuna - 400 Grams

  • Garlic - 2 Slices
  • Sesame oil - 1 teaspoon
  • Pepper and salt - To taste
  • Tomatoes - 3 Pieces
  • Vegetable oil - 3 items. Spoons
  • Sweet pepper - 2 pieces
  • Basil, dill, parsley on 3 twigs - 9 pieces

1. Prepare the marinade. In a small bowl, mix the soy sauce, olive oil, sesame oil, lemon juice and pre-minced garlic. 2. With paper towels, we will sip the fillet of tuna. Then cut it into steaks, approximately a thickness of two centimeters. Steaks of tuna are put in shallow dishes, poured with marinade and we remove it for two hours in the refrigerator. 3. Warm up the frying pan (do not grease the frying pan with oil). We remove from the steaks pieces of garlic and transfer them to the pan. Fry the minutes two or four, on both sides. Then turn the steaks on a plate and cover with a lid. 4. Prepare the vegetables. We wash peppers and tomatoes, we dry it. Eight or quarters we cut tomatoes. Peppers cut in half, cut into thin strips. In a frying pan, in oil, quickly fry the vegetables. 5. Put the vegetables on a plate, add salt and add fresh greens. Steak is placed next to the vegetables.
