  • Raisins - 150 Grams

Dried fruits thoroughly rinse under running water. Dried apricots, raisins, prunes, pour boiling water for a couple of minutes. Then twist them through a meat grinder. All twist separately. Prepare the dough. To do this, in a separate deep bowl, we will drink 1 egg, gradually add sugar, salt, soda, flour. Knead the dough (as in dumplings). Then divide the dough into 8 parts. Roll the first piece into a rectangle. Then on its surface evenly apply prunes and roll into a roll. We will do the same with the next one. With prunes we will make only 2 rolls. With dried apricots and raisins make three rolls. In total, 8 rolls will be produced. Roll the rolls in the oven until the ruddy peel and cool. Cut rolls into slices. On the cream, beat thick sour cream along with sugar. A deep form for baking cake is covered with baking paper and we rub it on all sides with cream. In the form tightly to each other lay pieces of rolls and pour cream. Then lay out the second layer and pour the cream again, then lay out the third layer of rolls with raisins. The top layer should be carefully lubricated with cream. Cake completely covered with paper and put into the refrigerator at night. In the morning remove the paper, and turn the cake gently into the dish. Paper to throw out. Cake decorate.
