Recipe Cookies "Margarita" with glaze

Ingredients:
  • Lime juice - 3 st. Spoons
  • Milk - 1/4 Cups
  • Softened butter or margarine - 1/2 cup
  • Sugar - 3/4 Glass
  • Egg - 1 piece
  • Tequila - 1 st. Spoon (optional)
  • Lime peel - 2 Teaspoons
  • Flour - 1 3/4 Cups
  • Baking powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Soda - 1/4 teaspoons
  • Salt - 1 pinch
  • Vegetable fat - 1/2 Cups (glaze)
  • Softened butter or margarine - 1/2 Cups (glaze)
  • Powdered sugar - 3 1/2 Cups (glaze)
  • Vanilla - 1 teaspoon (glaze)
  • Lime juice - 1/4 Glass (glaze)
  • Tequila - 1 st. Spoon ((optional) glaze)
  • Lime peel - 1 Teaspoon (glazur)
Instructions

1. Make a cookie. Preheat the oven to 175 degrees and vystelit 2 trays with parchment paper or silicone mats. In a small bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, soda and salt. In a large bowl, whip the butter and sugar together. Beat with egg. Then add the juice and finely grated zest of lime, milk and tequila if you use it. Mix well. Add half the flour mixture and mix. Then add the rest of the flour and stir until a uniform consistency is obtained. 2. Using a tablespoon, put the dough on the prepared baking sheets. Cookies should be located at a distance of 7 cm from each other. Bake for 12-15 minutes. Allow the liver to cool on baking sheets for 2 minutes, then allow to cool completely on the counter. 3. To make the glaze, whip together the vegetable fat and butter. Add the powdered sugar and whip together. Stir with vanilla and lime juice. Add tequila at will and whip. Add finely grated lime and mix. Lubricate the biscuits with more glaze. You can decorate the cookies with slices or lime rind.
