1. First of all, we cut the pork neck into medium pieces. Try not to leave too much fat on the meat. 2. Then we clean the onions. 3. Onions for this version of cooking shish kebab are sliced ​​very finely or we chop it in a food processor. 4. Sprinkle pork with pepper and salt, as you can season the shish kebab with various ready-made meat seasonings. We fill the meat with a mixture of water and vinegar. 5. Mix all the ingredients in a saucepan. The shish kebab should be marinated for at least 4 hours, but it is better to leave it for the night. 6. We prepare flat skewers. 7. String the pieces of pickled pork on the skewers. 8. Fry the pork shish kebab on the red-hot charcoal periodically turning the skewers. 9.
