Pizza Recipe for breakfast with bacon, cheese and eggs

Ingredients:
  • Dry yeast - 1/2 teaspoonfuls
  • Flour - 2 cups
  • Salt and black pepper - - To taste
  • Strips of bacon - 6 pieces
  • Parmesan cheese - 1/2 cup
  • Mozzarella cheese - 2 Cups
  • Eggs - 6 pieces
  • Parsley - 2 st. Spoons
  • Onion-cutter - 2 Art. Spoons
  • Green onions - 2 pieces
  • Shallots - 1 piece
Instructions

1. Prepare the dough the night before. Add 3/4 cup of warm water to the bowl. Add the yeast, stir and allow to stand for 5 minutes. Add flour and 1 teaspoon of salt, whisk at low speed with a mixer for 1 minute. Increase the speed to medium and mix for 2 minutes, then increase the speed to high and mix until smooth dough is formed, about 2 minutes. Put the dough on a lightly floured surface, divide into two equal parts and form each into a bowl. Put on a floured baking sheet, wrap freely with plastic wrap and put in the refrigerator for the night. 2. For 1-2 hours before baking, put the dough in a warm place. Preheat the oven to 260 degrees for 30 minutes, place the pan on the lower rack. Prepare the filling. Fry the bacon in a large frying pan over high heat until a crusty crust appears. Put on a paper towel, allow to cool and cut into slices. 3. On a lightly floured surface, roll the dough into a circle with a diameter of 30 cm. You will have two such circles. Sprinkle each circle with half of grated Parmesan cheese, Mozzarella and bacon. Split 3 eggs from above and season with salt and pepper. 4. Put the pizza on the baking tray and bake for 8-10 minutes until golden brown until the cheese melts and the egg yolks harden. Put the pizza on the cutting board. Sprinkle a half of parsley, chopped chives, green onions and chopped shallots. Allow to cool for 2 minutes, cut and serve immediately. Prepare a second pizza in the same manner.
