  • Liver Paste - 200 Grams

Recipe for pancakes with liver pie: 1. Separate the proteins from the yolks. 2. Yolks thoroughly rub with sugar. Add the oil and rub it until smooth. We add milk here. Sift into the mixture flour and salt. Mix to homogeneity. 3. Squirrels with a mixer whisk to hard peaks (this will take about 5-6 minutes approximately). We introduce proteins into our total mass for pancakes. Accurately mix until homogeneous. 4. In a frying pan, warm up a small amount of oil, after which the usual way we start the oven pancakes: we dig a little dough with a ladle, pour into a frying pan, level it - and bake from two sides to golden. 5.
