Recipe Pizza with broccoli, onion and olives

Ingredients:
  • Yellow onions - 1 Piece

  • Bunch of broccoli - 1 piece
  • Garlic - 1 tooth
  • Paprika - 1 pinch
  • Dough for pizza - - Parts
  • Mozzarella cheese - 1/2 cup
  • Olives - 16 pieces (without pits)
  • Lemon - 1 piece
Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 190 degrees. Cut the onions and put them in a small frying pan with thyme (if used) and a pinch of salt. Add enough olive oil. Put the frying pan in the oven and bake, stirring occasionally until the onion is golden, about 30 minutes. 2. While the onion is cooked, wash and dry the broccoli, trim the large branches to cut the leaves and shoots. You should get about 2 glasses. Peel and finely chop the garlic. Heat a large frying pan with olive oil. Add the broccoli, season with salt, pepper and paprika, fry over high heat until the broccoli is ready. Add garlic, fry for a few seconds. 3. When the onion is ready, remove it from the oven and increase the fire to 230 degrees. Roll out the pizza dough into a circle with a diameter of 30-35 cm and lay it on a baking tray. Lightly oil the dough with olive oil, leaving the borders 1 cm dry. Evenly sprinkle with grated Mozzarella cheese, put onions, broccoli and olives on top. Pour about 1 tablespoon olive top. 4. Bake pizza in the oven for 5 to 10 minutes, until crispy. Take the pizza out of the oven, pour a few drops of lemon juice, cut and serve.
