  • Chicken fillet - 300 grams

Fillet, put it in a saucepan and fill it with water. We set the broth for about half an hour. When it boils, we will remove the foam. While broth is brewed, let's take care of vegetables. Thin shred cabbage. We clean potatoes, mine and cut into small cubes. We clear carrots and celery root, mine and cut into strips. We clean and cut the onions. In a frying pan with vegetable oil, put onions, carrots and celery and fry for about 10 minutes. Then add peeled and cut tomatoes. Add a couple of spoons of broth, a little salt and spices, butter and cover with a lid. We extinguish for about 15 minutes. We take the ready-made chicken fillet from the broth and finely chop it. We shift the shredded cabbage and the dulled vegetables into the broth and let it boil. Next we send potatoes and chopped chicken meat. We cook until the potatoes are ready. We try for salt and, if necessary, add. Shchy are ready.
