Blueberry Pie Prescription
Ingredients:
Instructions- Flour - 2 Cups (ingredients for pie)
- Powder for baking - 1 st. a spoon
- Table salt - 1 teaspoon
- Butter - 16 Art. Spoons
- Brown sugar - 3/4 Cups
- Granulated sugar - 1/2 cup
- Eggs - 3 pieces
- Milk - 1 cup
- Blueberry - 1/2 cup
- Blueberry - 1/2 Glass (ingredients for coating)
- Granulated sugar - 1/4 cup
- Ground Cinnamon - 1/2 Teaspoon
Preheat the oven to 176 degrees. Sprinkle with fat and sprinkle flour pan for baking. Whisk with a whisk 2 cups of flour, baking powder and salt together. Mix the butter and sugar at medium-high speed with the mixer (approximately 2 minutes). Add eggs, reduce the speed of the mixer. To fall asleep half of a flour, to fill in 1/2 milk and to beat up 2 minutes. Add the remaining flour and milk, continue to beat for a few more minutes, add blueberries. Sprinkle with blueberries the top of the future cake. Mix sugar, cinnamon in a small bowl and sprinkle the dough. Bake in the oven for 45 to 50 minutes. You can check the readiness with a toothpick.
