Caramel Fondue Recipe

  • Of egg yolk - 4 pieces
  • Warm milk - 2 cups
  • Sugar - 2 cups
  • Boiling water - 1/2 cup
  • Roma - 2 Art. Spoons
  • Cornstarch - 2 items. Spoons
  • Vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon

In a medium frying pan over medium-high heat, meltSugar, stirring constantly. In a small bowl, beat the rum with cornstarch. Whisk the milk and egg yolks for 30 seconds in a bowl over medium heat. Add a mixture of cornstarch and rum, stirring constantly. Add the melted sugar and half a cup of boiling water. Pour the mixture into a steamer and cook for 15 to 20 minutes. Add the vanilla extract and mix. Pour fondue into a special bowl (sold both in sets, and separately). Serve fondue with strawberries slices of lime, banana or marshmallow.
