For clarity, I show the ingredients, although allThey are simple and understandable. Eggs are hard boiled. The liver is first thoroughly rinsed, and then fried in oil until completely ready. To fry it is necessary on average fire. Carrots are clean and coarse. Pass the grated carrots in a small amount of butter not slow fire until soft. This will take about 3-5 minutes. Onions are sliced, as someone likes it more - I cut into large pieces. Passed carrots from the frying pan are removed, in the same frying pan until tenderly we pass the onion. Eggs are rubbed on a large grater. Ready chicken liver cut into small cubes. When all the ingredients have cooled to room temperature, they can be mixed with mayonnaise and, if desired, with salt.
