Recipe Potato salad "Rosemary"

Ingredients:
  • Potatoes - 6 pieces
  • Olive oil - 1 st. a spoon
  • Mayonnaise - 2 Art. Spoons
  • Dried Thyme - 1 Teaspoon
  • Red onions - 1 glass
  • Red wine vinegar - 1 Art. a spoon
  • Rosemary - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1 piece
  • Pepper - 1 Piece
Instructions

Rinse and cut the potatoes into small pieces. Shoot the skin with potatoes or not - it's your thing. Boil the potatoes for 10 minutes. While your potatoes are brewing, finely chop the red ray. Mix onions with olive oil, vinegar, mayonnaise and spices. When the potatoes are ready, wash it. Add the potatoes to the mixture of mayonnaise and spices. The dish can be served both warm and cold.
