Pumpkin muffins with walnuts

Ingredients:
  • Vegetable oil - 3/4 Cups
  • Whole-grain flour - 1 1/2 cups
  • Flour - 1 1/2 cups
  • Baking powder - 2 teaspoons
  • Spices for pumpkin pie - 1 Art. a spoon
  • Soda - 1/2 teaspoonfuls
  • Pumpkin puree - 2 Cups
  • Low fat yogurt - 1 cup
  • Eggs - 3 pieces
  • Sugar - 1 cup
  • Walnuts - 1 1/2 cups
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 170 degrees. Lubricate the oil for muffins, set aside. In a small bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, spicery for pumpkin pie and soda, set aside. In a large bowl, beat the butter, pumpkin puree, yogurt, eggs and 1 glass of sugar. Add 1 glass of walnuts and a mixture of flour. Mix well. Divide the dough evenly and spoon into the muffin molds, sprinkling the remaining walnuts and sugar on top. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes. Allow to cool for 5 minutes in the form and serve.
