Recipe for Pico de Gallo

  • Tomatoes - 500 Grams
  • Spicy green chili pepper - 1-2 pieces
  • Bulb - 1 piece
  • Garlic - 1-2 Zubchikov
  • Cilantro (twigs) - 2-3 pieces
  • Salt, pepper - - To taste
  • Olive oil - 1 st. a spoon

Ingredients. Tomatoes are cut in half, the seeds are removed (however, I do not recommend throwing them away - they can be used in other dishes). Finely chop the tomatoes. Put the chili pepper (without seeds and stems), olive oil, onion, garlic, coriander, salt and pepper into the blender bowl. Grind to a more or less uniform consistency (we do not need an ideally smooth mass, but large pieces of ingredients should not come across). Sliced ​​tomatoes are mixed with the resulting green sauce. We mix it well. Actually, pico de galleo is ready. You can eat it just like that, but you can wrap it in a Mexican tortilla - it's also very tasty. Bon Appetit! ;)
