Ingredients:
  • Chicken fillet 200g
  • Baton 200 g
  • Iceberg salad 200 g
  • Parmesan cheese 50g
  • Garlic 1 denticle

  • Mustard 2 tsp.
  • Garlic 1 denticle
  • Lemon 0.5 pcs.
  • Olive oil 100 ml
  • Salt 0.5 tsp.
  • Black pepper powder 3 tsp.
Instructions
  • Step 1 For this salad take: chicken fillet, parmesan, bunch of lettuce leaves, 1/2 part of a loaf, a couple cloves of garlic, eggs, olive oil, half a lemon, mustard and salt, pepper.
  • Step 2 Mix 5 tablespoons oil with 1 clove of extruded garlic. Stir and leave for 15 minutes.
  • Step 3 Cut the loaf into small cubes.
  • Step 4 Fry pieces of the loaf in butter with garlic until golden brown.
  • Step 5 Now chop the chicken fillets into large pieces.
  • Step 6 Fry the fillet until golden. Salt and pepper.
  • Step 7 Make a dressing for the salad. To do this, boil 2 eggs (cook for 7 minutes from the boiling point), separate the yolks and grate them with mustard. Pour out a clove of garlic and mix again.
