Asparagus salad with garlic

  • A bunch of fresh asparagus - 1 piece
  • Balsamic vinegar - 1/2 cup
  • Garlic - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1 pinch
  • Ground black pepper - 1 pinch

1. Clear the asparagus. Trim the edges and cut into pieces. Grind the garlic. In a large saucepan bring the water to a boil. Add the asparagus and cook for 3 minutes. 2.
