  • Strawberries - 200 Grams

  • Sugar powder - 150 Grams

Fresh strawberries are ground in a blender untilHomogeneity. If frozen strawberries are used, then defrost it slightly and then grind it together with the juice that has been allocated. In the strawberry mass, add gelatin, give it a little to swell. Then add to the mass of 120 grams of powdered sugar and lemon juice, mix well and heat on low heat. Cook, until the gelatin is dissolved, but in any case, do not boil! Remove the mixture from the heat and cool it. Then, with a mixer, beat for 5-6 minutes - the mass should become more dense and light. We take a convenient mold for hardening, we put wax paper in it, and we pour our strawberry mass on top. We spread it and set it in a cool place for 5-6 hours to freeze. Frozen strawberry rahat-lukum take out from the mold, sprinkle with sugar powder, cut into cubes and serve.
