- Potatoes - 3 pieces
- Vegetable oil - 2 Art. Spoons
- 3% vinegar - 1 st. a spoon
- Green fennel or parsley - 2 Art. Spoons
- Salt and black pepper - To taste
Salad from potatoes and beets is good to serveFried or boiled meat. Preparation: Boil in a uniform or bake in the oven beets and potatoes. Let the vegetables cool down a bit, then clean and cut into slices. Put the beet and potatoes in a bowl, season with salt and pepper. Add the vegetable oil and vinegar, mix. Put the mixture in a salad bowl and sprinkle with chopped herbs.
