Recipe Morning rolls

  • Flour - 500 Grams
  • Sol - 1 Pinch
  • Oil - 20 Grams
  • Sugar - 25 Grams
  • Yeast - 12 Grams (fresh or dry)
  • Egg Yolk - 1 Piece
  • Milk - 280 Milliliters
  • Flour - 50 Grams (for powder)
  • Egg - 1 piece (mixed in 2 tablespoons water)
  • Sesame seeds - 1 st. a spoon

Add in a bowl of flour, a pinch of salt, sugar, Yeast, egg yolk, butter and pour in the milk. At a slow speed, mix the ingredients for about 5 minutes. After 5 minutes, the dough is likely to stick to the mixer's hook. Stop and remove the dough from the hook, and mix for 3 more minutes (if not, then continue mixing 3 minutes). Sprinkle a little flour on the work surface. Place the dough in the center and knead it with your hands. Knead for about a minute until the dough becomes velvety. Then, transfer the dough into a bowl, cover with a waffle towel and let it rest in a warm place. This will take about an hour. In an hour the dough should increase two-fold. First, press the dough to the bottom of the bowl, so that air comes out and, then, take out. Divide the dough into 10 equal parts. Take a piece of dough and roll into a long sausage. And, holding the edges, tie a knot. Put the buns on a baking sheet covered with baking paper. Cover with a towel and leave to rest for 20 minutes. Do not stack them very close to each other. After 20 minutes, prepare the buns for baking. Sprinkle them with eggs and water and sprinkle with salt and sesame seeds. Place it in a preheated oven for 180 ° C and bake for about 30 minutes. Bon Appetit.
