Yoghurt cake Recipe

Ingredients:
  • Yoghurt - 1 1/2 cups
  • Olive oil - 2/3 Cups
  • Eggs - 3 pieces
  • Vanilla - 1 teaspoon
  • Flour - 2 1/2 cups
  • Powder for baking - 2 1/2 teaspoons
  • Soda - 3/4 Teaspoons
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoonfuls
  • Nutmeg - 1 piece (ground)
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 180 °. Lubricate the baking pan with oil. Whisk yoghurt, olive oil, sugar, eggs and vanilla. Add flour, baking powder, soda, salt, nutmeg and stir to prevent lumps. Pour the dough into a baking dish, bake for 40-50 minutes. After that, let the cake cool for 10 minutes, until removed from the mold. The cake should be served warm or at room temperature.
