- Chocolate - 1 piece (tile)
- Sugar - 200-300 Grams
- Water - 200-300 Milliliters
First, we cut off the tops or ass of oranges. Then a very important point - cut from the peel of oranges - smooth, beautiful and long stripes. The strips should be put in a pan, filled with water, brought to a boil and boiled for a few minutes, then drain the water and repeat the procedure. Then the stripes should be cooked for about an hour in sugar syrup (sugar + water 1: 1). Next, cool the orange crusts on the grill, so that with them the glass is an excess liquid. Then melt the chocolate in a water bath. Dipped in chocolate stripes (half or full), put on parchment and wait until the chocolate will not set again.
