Canned Jam Recipe

  • Cactus fruits - 500 Grams
  • Sugar - 500 Grams
  • Lemon - 1 piece
  • Cinnamon - 1 To taste
  • Water - 1 glass

Jam is cooked from ripe fruit of the prickly pear. Fruits of cactus soak in water, peel and large seeds. Wear gloves.
