Sandwiches with olives, tomatoes and cheese

  • Bread ciabatta - 2 slices
  • Sauce Pesto - 1 st. a spoon
  • Olives - 1 st. a spoon
  • Tomato - 2 slices
  • Cheese Fontina - 5 Slices

1. Cut two loaves of breadth about 1 cm from the bread of ciabatta or another of your favorite bread. Preheat the indoor grill. 2. Put the Pesto sauce over the slices of bread and spread it evenly over the entire surface. 3. Cut the olives and sprinkle them on top of a layer of Pesto sauce on one of the slices. 4. Put several slices of Fontina cheese on top, then slices of tomato. 5. Finish the sandwich with the remaining slice of bread, placing it on top. Lubricate both sides of the sandwich with olive oil with a brush or sprinkle with oil in a spray. Place the sandwich on the grill and fry the sandwich until golden brown and crisp until the cheese melts. 6. Put the sandwich on the plate, cut in half and serve immediately.
