Home-made garlic mayonnaise

  • Olive oil - 1 glass
  • Yolk - 2 pieces
  • Lemon juice - 1 st. a spoon
  • Garlic - 3-4 teeth
  • Salt, pepper - - To taste

Using a hand blender, beat up the oliveButter, lemon juice and yolks. It is very important to whisk at the very bottom of the bowl. When the mixture is slightly thickened and looks like real mayonnaise - add finely chopped garlic, salt and pepper, and whisk until smooth. Actually, homemade garlic mayonnaise is ready for use.
