  • Red currant - 400 Grams

First we rub through a sieve washed and peeledFrom lime red currant berries. Squeeze the juice from the berries. Put the remaining pulp in a saucepan, pour water (about one and a half liters), bring to a boil, cook for another 10 minutes and remove from heat. Filter, sugar, a little lemon juice, put it back on the fire, bring it to a boil and cook until the sugar is completely dissolved. We grow the starch in the remaining red juice after the first step. Juice with the starch dissolved in it is poured into boiling sugar syrup, stir, once again bring to a boil and remove from heat. A little cold - and you can serve to the table.
