  3. Mix all the ingredients, and, if necessary, add water over a tablespoon.
  4. Knead the dough as noodles. The dough should not stick to the table and to the hands. Well knead, roll into a ball, cover with a napkin and put in a warm place to "relax."
  5. To make a ball into small pieces, they will be about 12 pieces. Roll the ball, make a cross-shaped cut on the ball and slightly unfold.
  6. Roll the ball into a cake-sized saucer and sprinkle it with a little bit of soda. Soda should be very, very little.
