Cod fillet under crust

  • Cod fillet - 500 Grams
  • Cookies "Fish" - 100 Grams (or other salted creamy cookies)
  • Butter - 80 Grams
  • Lemon - 1/2 Pieces

Fish is thawed at room temperature. The form for baking is lubricated with butter, we put into it pieces of fish, salt, pepper and sprinkle with lemon juice. Cookies, not getting out of the package, are crushed into a crumb with a rolling pin. In the resulting crumb add melted butter, mix well. This mixture generously covers the fish. Fish should be completely under the fur coat of crumbs. We put the baking dish in the oven, heated to 180 degrees, and bake for 15-20 minutes (depending on the size of the fish pieces). This vegetable is ideally suited for vegetable salads, so while the cod fillets are baked, I quickly cut the vegetable salad from what is in the fridge. A ready-made fish is served with a salad and a glass of light beer or white dry wine. Bon Appetit! ;)
