The recipe for jam from strawberries

  • Strawberries - 10 kilograms
  • Water - 500 Milliliters
  • Sugar - 6 Kilograms

The strawberry jam is prepared very simply. 1. We sort through, wash our berries and let them dry out. For jam, you only need a ripe berry without any signs of spoilage. 2. Put strawberries in a pot and with the help of a pistil or dribbling we press it well. 3. In the received weight we pour in water, we put on slow fire and we weld berries up to full softening. 4. Once the berries have softened, remove the mass from the fire and wipe it through a sieve. Then add sugar to the mass and weld again until ready - about 20-25 minutes. 5. Remove our strawberry jam from the fire, let it cool down a bit, then pour the jam over the sterilized jars. Banks are tightened and sent to storage in a dry and cool place. Done. In winter we open the jar and enjoy delicious jam from strawberries :)
