The recipe for jam from grapes

  • Grapes - 1 Kilogram
  • Sugar - 5 glasses
  • Water 4.5 teaspoons

You will need: 1 kilogram of grapes, 1.2 kilograms of sugar, 1 glass of water. Step 1: Grapes should be thoroughly rinsed, berries detached from twigs. Dip into hot water for a couple of minutes. Step 2: Grapes pour hot sugar syrup. Then cook for 20 minutes on low heat. Then set aside and let it brew for 6-8 hours. Step3: Then cook for 40 minutes. Step 4: Let cool and then separate the berries from the syrup through a colander and spread out over the prepared jars. Step 5: Cook the syrup for another 15 minutes and pour the berries in the jars. Step 6: Close the jars, turn them over and leave them for a day in a dry, warm place under the blanket. Jam from grapes is best cooked from green grapes.
