Mushrooms should be thoroughly rinsed and chopped. Peel potatoes and cut into small pieces. In a deep frying pan add oil, and throw the finely chopped garlic, fry a little until the garlic will not let the smell. Then add potatoes and fry in medium heat for about 6-8 minutes. Add the mushrooms to the potatoes and pour a glass of warm boiled water and continue to simmer under the lid for about 10-12 minutes. Then you need to mix 2 tablespoons of Provencal herbs, 3-4 tablespoons of olive oil, pepper and salt. Next, you need to take a baking dish in the oven and grease it with half of the dressings from the Provencal herbs. Put the potatoes and mushrooms in the form and pour the remaining dressing. And preheat the oven to 190 degrees. Bake at 190 degrees for about 20-25 minutes. Served with greenery.
