  • Yeast dry - 1 teaspoon
  • Flour - 300-350 Grams
  • Salt - 1/2 Teaspoon
  • Yolks - 3 pieces
  • Butter - 50 grams
  • Rom - 1 st. a spoon
  • Chocolate - - To taste
  • Sugar powder - - To taste

In warm milk, add sugar and yeast,Mix and leave for 20 minutes to form a "cap". Part of the flour (250 g) sift, add salt, yolks, pour melted butter, rum and approached yeast. The dough is kneaded with a spoon, it is still quite liquid. We put in a warm place for 40 minutes. When the dough rises, add the flour until you get a dough that can be rolled out. Roll out the dough with a thickness of 1.5-2 cm. With the help of a glass we cut out circles, in the middle we make holes. Fry on medium heat from two sides. Ready pyshki spread on paper towels to stack excess fat. We decorate the pyshki with colored chocolate and multicolored sprinkles. Bon Appetit!
