When the sugar syrup boils - add ginger to it and boil for another 4 minutes. Mint large chop or tear hands. In the boiling syrup we add chopped mint. We cook another 2 minutes, then remove the pan from the fire, cover with a lid, towel, and leave to infuse for 1 hour. After an hour, filter the syrup through a fine sieve or gauze. Strain syrup poured into a small jar. Actually, the syrup is ready, and now it is enough to dilute it with boiling water (in proportion 1 part of syrup to 4 parts of boiling water) or cold water (in the same proportions) to get hot or cold tea, respectively.
