Ingredients:

  • Milk - 0.5 Glass
  • Eggs - 2 pieces
  • Vegetable oil - 40 Milliliters

  • Cheese - 200 Grams
  • Flour - 1 To taste

Instructions

1. Whisk the eggs. We add water, milk, flour, vegetable oil and salt. Thoroughly mix everything. 2. In a frying pan bake pancakes. Lubricate each pancake to soften them. 3. Boil the fillet and chop it into small pieces. 4. On a fine grater we rub cheese. Then the fillet is mixed with cheese. Add a little salt and spices. 5. We collect the prepared stuffing with a spoon and spread out to the middle of the pancake. So do with every pancake. 6. Now we join the edges with toothpicks. Our pancakes are ready.
