Recipe for Seasoning from tomatoes, fennel and basil

  • Tomatoes - 450 Grams

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Sprinkle the sheet for baking with oil. Cut the tomatoes along in half, put them with the cut side down into one layer on the prepared sheet. Put the cloves of garlic on a sheet next to the tomatoes. Bake in the oven until the tomatoes and garlic are soft, about 35 minutes. Remove from the oven and allow to cool. In a medium bowl, mix the vinegar, fennel, capers, red pepper or chili and butter. Finely chop garlic and tomatoes, add to a bowl. Slice the basil into a thin bowl, add to a bowl with parsley. Mix. Serve seasoning chilled or at room temperature.
