The recipe for pollack in the oven

Ingredients:
  • Fillet of pollock - 400 Grams
  • Red tomatoes - 1 Piece
  • Bulgarian pepper - 2 pieces
  • Onion - 2 pieces
  • Garlic - 2 Teeth
  • Kohlrabi - 1 piece
  • Salt - - To taste
  • Pepper - - To taste
  • Olive oil - 40 milliliters
  • Paprika dry - 2 teaspoons
Instructions

The fillet of my pollock, we let the water drain. Vegetables washing, we clean. Vegetables cut into random large pieces and put in a pan. Salt, pepper and sprinkle with olive oil. We put in the oven and bake for 15-20 minutes at 190 degrees. While the vegetables are baked - we rub the pollock fillets with a dry paprika. Leave the minutes for 10, so that the fish is soaked with spices. Lightly sprinkle with olive oil. When the vegetables are practically ready - we put the fish into the baking tray with them. Bake for about 10 minutes at the same temperature. Alas, baked in the oven with vegetables, ready! :) Serve hot.
