  • String beans - 300-400 Grams

Asparagus beans washed in large quantitieswater. Then trim the stems, cut the pod into 2-3 parts and boil in water for several minutes. In a frying pan on vegetable or olive oil fry finely chopped onions until golden crust, then add beans, salt, pepper and chopped greens. Allow the contents to extinguish for several minutes, stirring constantly. While the bean is stewed, beat the eggs together with the milk. Then pour the resulting mixture into a frying pan. Then remove the frying pan from the heat. Sprinkle with grated cheese on a large grater, put 2 tablespoons of butter and send baked in the oven at 180 degrees to a crispy crust. Casserole to serve warm. To it you can prepare some sauce (for example sour cream + ketchup + garlic). Tasty casserole is also served with fresh vegetables.
