Dessert from pears with ice cream

  • Cognac - 15 milliliters

  • Ice cream - 50 Grams

Cut the lemon peel with thin stripes. Take the pan, squeeze the juice from the lemon into it, put the zest, add an incomplete glass of water, cinnamon and sugar. Bring to a boil. In the meantime, we clean the pears from the peel, but do not remove the peduncle. Carefully cut out the core. We put pears in boiling syrup and cook for about 10 minutes. Then remove from heat and cool, without pouring syrup. In a small saucepan pour the cream and pieces of disassembled chocolate. We put on a slow fire and weaken until the chocolate dissolves completely. In hot chocolate, add a little cognac, stir. Now the most interesting is serving. We put a pear on a serving plate, put a small ball of ice cream on it, and pour it all over with hot chocolate. Done!
