  • Pink salmon - 1 Kilogram
  • Cheese - 200 Grams
  • Mayonnaise - 150 Milliliters
  • Salt, pepper - - To taste
  • Lemon juice - - To taste

The first thing to do is gut the fish(If you do not have gutted) and cut it into steaks no more than 2 cm thick. Each steak on both sides is rubbed with pepper and salt. We take a shallow form for baking, we cover with foil. We put our steaks in it. Sprinkle with lemon juice. From above, we apply a thin layer of mayonnaise on the steaks. Cheese rub on a medium-sized grater. Spread on mayonnaise a layer of grated cheese. Bake in the oven for about 30-40 minutes at 180 degrees.
